Davilla 666 at the Continental Room

Davilla 666 is currently on tour in the US to promote their album Tan Bajo. They played a free show at the Continental Room in Fullerton, CA. The room was packed from the stage to the bar with people. Davilla 666 were the headliners but Audacity, Death Hymn Number 9, and Feeding People also performed. If you have a chance to catch this band perform I would recommend it. Below are pictures from the show.

FYF Fest 2011

I attended the FYF fest this past weekend September 3, 2011 held at Los Angeles State Park. I attended the FYF fest last year at the same location and there was a big problem with bottled water being sold out and a lot of dust. This year there was never a shortage of bottled water but there is no way to eliminate the dust because the park does not have any grass. I think the dust problem is a direct result of global warming, but I am not a scientist. I missed OFF! and Smith Westerns but I was able to see Guided By Voices and Descendants.
